State Police are trying to identify a man suspected of stealing flat-screen televisions from a Cumberland County Walmart on two separate days.
The man first walked into the Walmart in Upper Deerfield Township on Jan. 25, put two of the televisions into his cart and walked out, according to State Police.
On Jan. 28, he did the same thing.
The four televisions total just less than $1,000, police said.
"Now, perhaps this guy is having a massive Super Bowl party that requires multiple televisions, or maybe he's caught in a time warp like Bill Murray in the movie, Groundhog Day, where the same thing keeps happening over and over again," State Police wrote on their Facebook page. "The good news is that there is still time to ruin his party plans or at least put an end to the maddening time warp."
Police have released pictures of the man taken from video surveillance, along with a picture of the man's car, believed to be either a Mercury Sable or Ford Taurus.
