A former Egg Harbor Township man is accused of smuggling misbranded drugs into the county and dispensing them without a valid prescription.
Marc Merwin Snyder, 64, is scheduled to appear in federal court Tuesday, acting U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said.
He is charged with one count of conspiracy, three counts of smuggling of misbranded drugs, one count of receipt and delivery of misbranded drugs, four counts of misbranding by dispensing prescription drugs without a valid prescription and four counts of introducing misbranded drugs into interstate commerce.
