Atlantic City man charged in Fox Manor shooting

An Atlantic City man has been charged in a shooting that wounded a man outside the Fox Manor on Saturday night.
Police were called to the scene, where a 36-year-old man was found shot, and rushed him to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Kwan Levy, 43, was found in a motel across the street. The man, who is in a wheelchair, was seen being taken into custody at the scene.
He is now charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. The gun has not been recovered.
He is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing.
The Violent Crimes Unit continues to investigate the shooting.
