One of two Atlantic City men indicted in a deadly robbery is still wanted by police.
Deshawn Dawkins, 27, was found dead Aug. 27, around 8 S. Virginia Ave.
Bashawn Whitted-Scott, 25, and Brian Richardson, 26, were indicted this week on charges of felony murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and weapons offenses.
Richardson, who also was indicted for possession of a weapon by a convicted person is a fugitive.
Whitted-Scott has been in the Atlantic County Justice Facility, where he was ordered detained in September pending trial in three Atlantic County home invasions.
