A motorcyclist died a day after he was injured in a crash in Egg Harbor Township, police said.
Leslie Hodson was making a left turn onto Pineview Avenue from the eastbound lane of the Blackhorse Pike just before 11 p.m. Friday, Lt. Robert Gray said.
Hodson , 32, of the township, pulled into the path of Gregory Green, who was heading west on his motorcycle, according to the report.
Green’s motorcycle struck the driver’s side of Hodson’s vehicle, Gray said. Green was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Atlantic City Campus for multiple traumatic injuries.
Police were notified the next day that Green, 36, of Egg Harbor Township, died of his injuries, Gray said.
The crash is being investigated by Sgt. Lawrence Graham, and Officers Patrick Daly and Joseph Griffiths, with motor vehicle summonses pending further investigation.
The westbound lanes of the Black Horse Pike were shut down for about two hours.
