  • News
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vxHO_MxhhI&feature=youtu.be Seven teens were arrested Saturday night after a brawl at the Hamilton Mall that was apparently advertised on social media. A Hamilton Township police supervisor was assaulted in the incident, and sustained a minor injury, police said. The fight involving what witnesses said were as many as 200 teens in the food court closed the mall an hour early and resulted in several being pepper sprayed. Hamilton Township police were on directed patrol after the report of a fight happening at the mall between juveniles was posted on social media. A Snapchat video of a fight at the nearby Woodlands warned "Part 2 later." A female juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct. Police found a large group of juveniles and young adults in the food court, according to the report. As they tried to escort them out for disorderly conduct, chairs and other debris were thrown. Amir Vaughan and Theron Parrish-Jordan, both 18, of Mays Landing, were charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Five juveniles were also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
The Hamilton Mall closed early after a large fight broke out Saturday night. There were dozens of teens involved in the melee that started in the food court, witnesses said. "A huge fight it was insane," said John Snyder
Additional charges are pending further investigation. Several agencies assisted, including New Jersey State Police, police from Egg Harbor Township, Egg Harbor City and Galloway Township, the Township of Hamilton Rescue Squad and AtlantiCare Paramedics. Anyone with information or who has video of the incident is asked to contact Detective Perna at 609-625-2700, ext. 542 or send the video to the Township of Hamilton Police Department's Facebook page via messenger. https://www.facebook.com/lyndacohen.news/videos/1758388900922738/
