An allegation of terroristic threats was a misunderstanding, an Atlantic City Class II officer told BreakingAC.
Alim Adams, 22, was charged after he allegedly followed a man in a vehicle and had threatened to kill him, Pleasantville police said.
The victim, who had gotten a temporary restraining order against Adams, has had it dropped, the man confirmed.
“Due to the pending charges, I can’t go into detail,” Adams said Thursday night. “Just, the situation was a misunderstanding. I just want my life back.”
Adams was released after on a summons after his arrest.
"The situation was an unfortunate misunderstanding and there is no relationship," the victim told BreakingAC.
He declined to comment further.
