A teen bicyclist was hospitalized after he failed to stop on the Atlantic Avenue bike path in Hamilton Township, and collided with a car.
The 16-year-old was riding east when he failed to brake in time and collided with a car heading south on Babcock Road, police said.
The juvenile was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Center’s City Campus for treatment.
The driver, Deneen McQueen, 41, of Mays Landing, was treated at the scene.
The Township of Hamilton Rescue Squad and the AtlantiCare Paramedics assisted at the scene. The crash is being investigated by Officer Osby.
