A man was found dead inside a vehicle in Atlantic City early Thursday morning. Police were called to the 1000 block of Brigantine Boulevard at 5:32 a.m., for a 911 call reporting a man shot, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said. The victim was identified Friday as Anthony Jordan, 28, who lived on Brigantine Boulevard. The Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating. Pleasantville police are investigating a shooting that wounded a 24-year-old Tuckerton man Friday afternoon. Marven Barreau, was shot while driving on Doughty Road at about 4 p.m., Capt. Matt Hartman said. He then crashed into a pole near Portland Avenue. Barreau suffered a gunshot wound to his left shoulder.
