An Atlantic City man was arrested on burglary and theft charges Sunday, after three Margate residents reported separate incidents with the suspect in a short period of time. A Mays Landing man faces multiple charges related to heroin distribution and a home invasion. Kaiwan Lewis, 24, was arrested Aug. 3, 2018, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner announced Tuesday, 11 days after the arrest. Bridgeton woman fatally shot on her front porch

A woman was fatally shot outside her Bridgeton home early Saturday morning. Erica McNair, 44, was on a porch in the 200 block of Walnut Street at about 1:30 a.m. when she was shot in the head, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. The residence is across the street from a daycare center. McNair was taken to Inspira Medical Center Vineland then ground transported to Cooper Medical Center, where she later died of her injuries.

An Ocean County attorney who hosted radio show on elder law has pleaded guilty to stealing millions from elderly clients.
