Atlantic City man arrested in Mother’s Day killing

An Atlantic City man was arrested early Monday morning in the Mother’s Day killing of a local rapper. Keith Cundiff Jr., known as K-Miz, was found shot multiple times in the 800 block of North Maryland Avenue just before 3 p.m. Sunday. Cundiff, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene. Man wounded in Pleasantville shooting

Pleasantville police are investigating a shooting that wounded a 24-year-old Tuckerton man Friday afternoon. Marven Barreau, was shot while driving on Doughty Road at about 4 p.m., Capt. Matt Hartman said. He then crashed into a pole near Portland Avenue. Barreau suffered a gunshot wound to his left shoulder. An Atlantic City man has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting Sunday night. Kevin Couplin, 24, was shot in the area of Vermont Plaza just before 10 p.m., acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Diane Ruberton said. The office’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating. Couplin’s Facebook page was quickly filled with posts from friends and family in disbelief about the death.
