An Atlantic City man died as the result of an attempted armed robbery his killer’s brother admitted in court Thursday. Kevin Quince, 29, admitted that he and his now-deceased brother rode their bicycles to Steven Loughney’s Atlantic City home Jan. 3, 2016, in a robbery attempt.
