Ventnor couple found dead identified

A couple found dead inside their Ventnor Heights home Wednesday  died in an apparent murder-suicide, according to autopsy reports. But an investigation into the deaths of Marianne Wilson-Allen, 59, and Richard Allen, 60, continues, acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Diane Ruberton said Friday. The Somers Point man accused of a fatal shooting in an Atlantic City outlet store had his first court appearance Tuesday, without appearing in court.
