A two-vehicle crash ended with a car on its roof in the marsh off Route 30, with a person trapped inside Monday evening. The vehicles were heading west when one struck the median in Atlantic City, near the Absecon border, Atlantic City Fire Chief Scott EVans said. The vehicle took out a pole, flipped several times and landed on its roof. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle with the seat belt on, Evans said.
