Ventnor mom charged with aggravated manslaughter

A Ventnor woman jailed on child endangerment and drug charges in her infant’s death allegedly gave the 8-month-old girl methadone, according to new charges. Lisa Scalia, 32, was jailed in January after police responded to her Monmouth Avenue home and found baby Olaia Marie Mejia unconscious.
