Atlantic City police is investigating a shooting that wounded a man Monday, just before midnight.
Police responded to the 600 block of North New York Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.
They found a 42-year-old man shot multiple times.
He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
