Three men pleaded not guilty Monday in the December killing of a Mays Landing man.
Devonte Molley, 23, was found shot in the stomach at about 10:45 p.m. Dec. 21, 2015, at the Baymont Inn & Suites Atlantic City Madison Hotel on the 100 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
He was taken to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, where he was pronounced dead.
Maurice Burgess, 24, of Galloway Township, was arrested Dec. 23 in Absecon, and charged with felony murder and robbery, acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Diane Ruberton said.
Charles Wynn, 25, of Egg Harbor Township, was arrested five days later.
Last week, the two men and Sterling Spence, 23, of Pleasantville, were all indicted on charges of felony murder and robbery.
Spence was already jailed on unrelated charges.
They appeared in court Monday before Judge Donna Taylor.
