A worker was injured Tuesday after falling from the roof of Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Absecon.
The man was conscious, according to a witness on the scene.
Renovation work has been ongoing at the church for the past few weeks.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which investigates all work-related accidents, said it is investigating the incident after being alerted about it Wednesday by breakingAC.com. OSHA had not been previously notified.
