The mother of a 2-month-old child critically injured at an Atlantic City Casino in 2015 has been indicted on aggravated assault and endangering charges.
Ashley Godfrey, 19, of Barnegat, was arrested last April after an investigation into the baby's injuries.
Atlantic City police were called to Bally's Atlantic City on May 25, 2015, for an infant having trouble breathing.
The baby was airlifted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in critical condition.
An investigation led to charges against Godfrey. Her bail was set at $100,000 full bail.
