An Atlantic City man was arrested with a gun Saturday.
Detective Anthony Abrams received information just before 1 p.m. that Michael Shepherd had a handgun as he walked along Melrose Avenue, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Officers Daniel Arra and Christian Ivanov responded to the area and found Shepherd in the 500 block of Melrose Avenue with a loaded handgun.
Shepherd, 29, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
