The Ocean First Bank in Mays Landing was robbed Tuesday morning, police said.
The suspect gave a note to the teller at about 9:20 a.m., and was given an undetermined amount of cash, Hamilton Township police said.
He fled in an unknown direction.
No one was injured in the robbery.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned black or Hispanic male in his late 30s to 40s with a medium build. He was wearing sunglasses, a baseball cap, dark jacket with a striped, button-up shirt, khaki pants and black shoes. He also had a full beard.
Police released a still photo from surveillance video.
