A Hamilton Township man has been identified as the victim of Thursday's shooting at the Hardings Run II development in Mays Landing.
Morris S. Joyce II, 36, was shot to death and found Thursday morning after Hamilton Township police were called to Winterbury Drive at about 10 a.m., for a report of shots fired.
Investigators from the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Hamilton Township Police are continuing to investigate the homicide., Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
Police are looking for a car that was used in the shooting, but have released no details to the public at this time. Information sent to surrounding police departments said that the occupants of the vehicle were directly involved in the shooting.
