A juvenile suffered minor injuries in a crash involving a school bus carrying Atlantic County Institute of Techonolgy students Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at the intersection of Columbia and Nesco roads at about 6:50 a.m.
Seven children were on the bus at the time. One was taken to the hospital along with one driver.
Details of how the crash happened have not been released, but the schoolbus driver, 76-year-old Raymond Guy of Galloway Township, was issued a summons for careless driving.
Officers arrived to find the pickup truck and the school bus heavily damaged, police said.
The driver of the pickup truck, 60-year-old Carlo Bendetti of Hammonton, was not injured.
Traffic was affected for more than an hour while officers were on scene.
