The Cape May County Prosecutor's Office website has been compromised, the office announced Wednesday on Facebook.
"We urge the public not to visit this website until further notice from our agency," the office said.
They did not give any details as to how it may have been compromised.
As of 11:50 p.m., the site showed it was "under maintenance."
"We apologize for any inconvenience and we are diligently working to address this issue," the office said.
