  • News

A fundraiser is set to help an Atlantic City family rebuild after losing their home in a fire Sunday morning.
Tasha Lowe and her three children lost their home to the blaze at 515 Melrose Ave.
All four were able to get out safely but lost much in the fire that started in a second-floor bedroom.
A fundraiser will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 6 at the American Legion at 904 S. Main St. in Pleasantville.
Tickets are $20 each. There will also be a silent auction, raffles, food, a DJ and cash bar. All proceeds will benefit the family.
For tickets contact Tawana Taliaferro at 609-412-4490 or Candace Ford at 609-992-4716. Either woman or Erica Oliver-Woody can also be reached via Facebook.
Donations can be made via cash app to Lowe at $Lovemoney515.
