Atlantic County confirms 14 more COVID-19 cases

Fourteen more residents have tested positive for COVID-19, according to Atlantic County Division of Public Health.

The cases released Sunday include five residents from Galloway, four from Egg Harbor Township, two from Hamilton Township and one each from Atlantic City, Buena Vista Township and Pleasantville.

This brings confirmed cases in the county to 406 with 19 deaths and 71 residents cleared as recovered.

Atlantic County is accepting appointments at its drive-thru testing site behind the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday

Residents must be symptomatic for respiratory illness, provide a doctor’s script, proof of residency and confirmation of appointment.

Appointments can be made on the county website: https://www.atlantic-county.org/covid/Those who are unable to keep their appointment are asked to cancel so someone else can fill their spot.
