Pleasantville police are asking for help in tracking down who stole markers from veterans' graves.
Several bronze markers have been taken from the Atlantic City Cemetery on the Black Horse Pike, Capt. Stacey Schlachter said.
Police released a photo of a marker recovered from a scrap yard. It has not been determined how many markers have been taken.
Anyone with information that may lead to the recovery of the site markers or the identity of suspects is asked to contact Detective Jamal Roy at Jroy@pleasantvillepd.org or 609-641-6100.
