JFS/Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties volunteers assemble bags of personal hygiene products for people in need in the community at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service program in 2024.
Jewish Family Services of Atlantic and Cape May Counties will honor the Rev. Martin Luther King’s legacy by participating in a Day of Service.
Volunteers are invited to assist with various projects, such as packaging food pantry items into bags for clients; making cards and writing notes to accompany meal deliveries; collecting and packaging personal care items into kits; assist counselors in refreshing children's activity areas and therapy toys; and assembling On-the-Go bags of ready-to-eat foods.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to noon, Monday at the agency’s Jerome Avenue offices in Margate.
