A domestic assault charge was dropped against Phillies centerfielder Odubel Herrera as long as he continues counseling.
Herrera was arrested May 27, at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino after police were called there for a domestic.
The 20-year-old woman had visible signs of injury, including a hand mark on her neck, according to the report.
But in Atlantic City Municipal Court on Wednesday, Melany Martinez-Angulo said she did not want to pursue the charge.

Herrera is undergoing counseling. As long as he shows proof of another 60 days in counseling, the charge will be dismissed, Judge Billie Moore said.
The centerfielder has been on administrative leave since MLB first learned of his arrest.
Herrera is in the third year of a five-year, $30-million contract. The Phillies hold club options for the following two years.
