The rain has stopped but flooding continues to be an issue in some areas.
Tidal flooding is a residual impact of the departing nor’easter, said Nor’easter Nick Pittman, chief forecaster for SNJ Today.
The Black Horse Pike into Atlantic City was closed Sunday morning.

Parts of Cape May County were worse than during the storm, Pittman said.
“Wave action is filling the back bays as mentioned would happen a few days ago,” he said.
