Man injured in fiery West Atlantic City motorcycle crash

A Mays Landing motorcyclist was badly injured in a fiery crash Friday afternoon in West Atlantic City.
Robert Bostic, 46, was heading west on the Black Horse Pike at about 3:45 p.m., when he lost control in the area of the S curve near Athens Avenue, Egg Harbor Township police said.
Bostic was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries, including burns, according to the report.
He was flown by AtlantiCare Medivac to Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia.
The state Department of Transportation helped with traffic control.
Traffic was detoured for about three hours while the crash was investigated.
Sgt. Lawrence Graham and Officers Ed Stearns and Patrick Daly are investigating.
