Vineland man indicted in December killing

A Vineland man has been indicted in the killing of a Sewell man last year.
Desmond Scarborough-Brown, 28, is accused of killing Russell Workman on Dec. 20.
Workman, 35 was found dead in the 400 block of Landis Avenue at about 10:21 p.m.
He was arrested hours after the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office put out a photo of a person of interest in the homicide.
