fatal shooting in an Atlantic City outlet store was indicted by a grand jury on charges of murder and weapons offenses.
Luis Maisonet, 55, had been hospitalized after the Sept. 1 shooting inside Zumiez, where the 26-year-old victim, Christopher Romero, was a manager.

still hospitalized for his first appearance in September, but is now in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $1 million full cash bail.
