Atlantic City police are investigating a shooting incident that damaged a vehicle Wednesday night.
The city's audio gunshot-detection system alerted police to gunfire in the city's Chelsea Heights section at about 10:30 p.m., police confirmed.
About 20 minutes later, Atlantic City and Ventnor police stopped a Jeep on West End Avenue, and found it had four bullet holes, according to the police report. One went through the window and another through a baby seat in the car. There was no baby inside.
The two men and two women inside were questioned, but no arrests have been made.
