An Atlantic City man admitted Thursday to having a 7-year-old perform a sex act on him.
Darnell Luke, 26, pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a minor for the incident he said took place in December 2015.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in April before Superior Court Judge Rodney Cunningham.
Under the plea agreement, Luke faces 15 years in prison and must serve the entire sentence. He also will be subject to lifetime parole supervision and must register as a Megan's Law offender.
The case was investigated by Detectives Michael Peterson and Daniel Choe of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
Between the assault and his plea, Luke served eight months in prison on drug and weapons charges, according to the Department of Corrections website. He was paroled in December.
