MOULDEN Hamilton Township police are still looking for one of two men who has more than $40,000 worth of marijuana after a car stop earlier this month. Officer Nicole Odell pulled over Kevin Moulden, 26, of Mays Landing, just before 8 p.m. Dec. 8, on Wrangleboro Road at the Atlantic City Expressway entrance, police said. His passenger, Timothy Spencer III, was given a summons for a small amount of marijuana on him. But the strong smell of pot got the car towed. A search warrant led police to discover 11 pounds of marijuana and $11,000 in cash. By then, both men had been let go. Moulden turned himself in Dec. 13. But he was released from the Atlantic County Justice Facility the next day under the bail reform rules, police said. Spencer, who is from Baltimore, is still wanted. Anyone with information on Spencer's whereabouts is asked to contact Hamilton Township police at 609-625-2700.
