Atlantic City High School students were finishing up a new mural at the Atlantic City Day Nursery when Mayor Don Guardian stopped by to read to students for Dr. Seuss' birthday Thursday. Ferguson Akthar, Suriya Akter and Umaima Rabby, all 15, pose with Guardian and preject leader Ernest Cheatham.
