A Sicklerville teen who was waived up to adult court to face a murder charge was indicted Tuesday.
Dr. Steven Davion Garrett, 17, was found dead just before 1 p.m. Aug. 7, 2015, in Max Manning Park on Lincoln Avenue in Pleasantville.
An autopsy found that Garrett — whose first name was Dr. — died of multiple gunshot wounds, and ruled the cause of death as homicide.

Family Division Judge Susan Maven granted a motion this past December to waive Newsome up to adult court.
Newsome, now 19. is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $750,000 full cash bail.
On Tuesday, he was indicted on charges of murder, gang criminality, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a handgun. First Assistant Prosecutor Cary Shill announced.
Murder carries a potential sentence of 30 years to life.
