A Linwood man was arrested twice within five days after police allegedly found about 4,000 bags of heroin and prescription drugs during two searches of his home.Richard Roycroft, 30, was released on a summons after he was arrested April 27, when an investigation led to a search of his home. The investigation was a joint effort between Linwood police and the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit, along with police from Brigantine, Egg Harbor Township and Margate.On Monday, another search warrant at the home found more drugs, according to the report.Both times, Roycroft was charged with conspiracy, possession of heroin, possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription, distribution of heroin and distribution within 500 feet of public lands.After the second arrest, he was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
