Accused killer who escaped juvenile detention now in county jail

https://www.facebook.com/lyndacohen.news/videos/1562537273841236/ The accused murderer who escaped from a juvenile detention center with three others is now in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. And the prosecutor is looking to keep him there. Michael Huggins, 18, was one of four teens who overpowered a corrections officer and fled the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center in a stolen car. The other three teens — all still juveniles — were picked up hours later in Bridgeton. But Huggins, who is accused in a 2016 killing in his hometown of Bridgeton, was not there. Law enforcement instead found him in an Atlantic City apartment building Thursday morning, with a gun. Huggins came into the jail Friday morning. His mug shot shows an injury to his right eye, which is swollen shut. He also is wearing a uniform with black and white stripes, an indicator of a high-risk inmate. Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner will not comment about the photo.

UPDATE: Huggins' injury was during arrest when he resisted, State Police said:
