A man and woman were arrested after an argument inside a casino hotel room led to more than four pounds of marijuana.
Officers Corey Treadway and Anthony Moore were called to Bally’s Atlantic City at 10:23 p.m. Thursday, after security found the drugs, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Bally’s security officers were called to the room for an argument between Kevin Boyle, 46, and Brandi Sieber, 24, according to the report.
One of the officers noticed marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the nightstand, and called police.
Treadway and Moore searched the room and found 4.2 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $15,000, Fair said.
Boyle, of Philadelphia, and Sieber, of Little Egg Harbor, were each charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS within 500 feet of a park and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were released on summonses.
