A Little Egg Harbor Township woman was charged with several drug offenses after she was reported for driving erratically in Burlington County on Saturday, State Police said.
The driver of a black Nissan with Virginia plates was driving in and out of multiple lanes as it headed south down State HIghway 9 toward the Garden State Parkway at about 10 a.m., according to a call made at about 10 a.m.
Minutes later, Trooper Ryker Toscano stopped the car heading south on the parkway near milepost 50 in Bass River Township, State Police said.
The driver, Melissa Haugh, 31, was unable to maintain her lane of travel, according to the report.
Toscano determined that Haugh was under the influence and arrested her.
He then found she was in possession of heroin, crack cocaine, alprazolam, hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.
Haugh was charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession of alprazolam, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated.
Haugh studies addiction counseling at Atlantic Cape Community College, according to her Facebook page.
She was released pending a court appearance.
