Officers inside Atlantic City's surveillance center helped catch a couple stealing tools from a closed Boardwalk business, police said.
Tory Falciani and Thomas Fagan were seen entering the closed AC Beer Garden at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sgt. Kevin Fair said. The couple took tool boxes from the business on the 2700 block and trying to hide them under the Boardwalk.
Surveillance Center personnel gave responding officers a description of the suspects, according to the report. Tourism District Unit officers arrived, and quickly arrested Falciani and Fagan.
The tools were recovered and returned to the business owner.
Falciani, 35, of Somers Point, and Fagan, 35, of Atlantic City, were each charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy. The couple, who lists themselves as married on their Facebook pages, were released on summonses.
