Atlantic City man charged in May killing

An Atlantic City man is charged with murder in the fatal shooting last month.
Shamal Harvey, 23, is in custody for the May 14 killing of Alexander Campbell Jr., 25, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner announced Tuesday.
Harvey is also charged with unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Campbell was found shot at about 6 p.m. May 14, in the 1000 block of North Michigan Avenue.
He was taken to the AtlantiCare Medical Center's City Campus, where he died.
Known as Toot, Campbell was a lover of dirt bikes and his group of friends, who call themselves Team Sauce.
Campbell himself was acquitted by a jury in October of a 2014 killing.
A detention hearing for Harvey is expected.
