A man indicted for running a heroin facility out of Atlantic City is still wanted by police.
Investigators found heroin, a semi-automatic handgun, amunition and drug-related materials inside Courtney Tiggett's North Connecticut Avenue apartment during a search Oct. 25, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
Tiggett, 35, has not been arrested and is considered a fugitive.
The 29-count indictment includes charges of maintaing and operating a drug-production facility.
The investigation was led by Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit.
