A man died after he jumped from a moving car during an argument, Vineland police said.
Vanessa Moreno was driving west on East Landis Avenue just past the ShopRite entrance when the passenger seated behind her jumped from the car moving car, and was stuck by the vehicle, police said.
Joseph Gonzalez, 27, was airlifted from the scene and taken to Cooper Medical Center, where he died of his injuries, police said.
An investigation found that the two had a verbal dispute right before Gonzalez jumped out of the 2005 silver Honda Pilot.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by Officer John Gabrielle of the Vineland Police Department’s Patrol Division.
