An Egg Harbor Township man who allegedly used a drug sale to lure a man to his death has been indicted for murder.
Troy Demby, 36, was indicted last week on charges of murder, felony murder, robbery and weapons offenses, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said Monday.
Raphael Terrigino, 30, of Atlantic City, was found dead Feb. 2, by Pleasantville police responding to a 911 call of a man dead inside a car at 7:45 a.m.
Surveillance videos, a burner phone and a “Not Guilty” sweatshirt allegedly tie an Egg Harbor Township man to murder.
When officers arrived at 12 Stenton Ave., they found Terrigino dead of a gunshot wound to the head.
Demby also faces drug charges after investigators found about 10 ounces of cocaine in the home where he was arrested Feb. 7.
He was previously ordered held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending trial.
The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit, and the Egg Harbor Township and Pleasantville police departments.
