A third man has been accused of killing a youth football coach.
Clifton D. Bailey, 27, of Camden, is charged with homicide and conspiracy to commit homicide in the Aug. 9 killing of Joseph Jones, not far from where his Midget League players were practicing.
Bailey was arrested around the Tarklin Apartments in Vincland, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae announced Tuesday.
He had heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the time of his arrest, she said. Drug charges are pending.
Bailey is being held in the Cumberland County jail.
He is the third person charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of the 37-year-old coah in the parking lot of Lakeside Middle School.
Eugene Cosby, 42, of Malaga, and Will El-Bey, 22, of Vineland, have already been ordered held on the charges.

Genea Hughes-Lee, 34, of Malaga, and Tyrek Hart, 22, of Vineland, are charged with conspiracy to hinder apprehension, hindering apprehension, obstruction and two counts of false report to law enforcement.
They were released following detention hearings.
The prosecutor has said that "the homicide was particularly unsettling because it was committed in broad daylight at a football practice field in front of numerous children.”
The assailants fled the scene and exchanged gunfire with an officer.
