An Egg Harbor Township man has admitted to receiving images of child sexual abuse.
Matthew Wolny, 40, pleaded guilty to one count of receipt of child pornography.
Wolny had thousands of images and videos show sexual abuse of children when he was arrested September 2013, when he was living in Jackson, Ocean County.
He had been working IT for Howell schools and was volunteer assistant director of the Brick Memorial High School marching band.
Wolny used a peer-to-peer file sharing software download the files.
The case was transferred to federal court in June.
He faces five to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced April 8. The charge also carries a $250,000 fine.
