A Hamilton Township man was arrested for stabbing a woman he lives Thursday morning.
Police were called to the 7500 block of Weymouth Road just before 9:30 a.m. for the report of a stabbing, police said.
They found a 53-year-old woman had three stab wounds and two puncture wounds after she was attacked during dispute, according to the report.
Harry Jacobs, 58, was arrested inside the residence without incident.
He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
The victim, whose name was not released, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medicine Center's City Campus for her injuries, which were not considered life-threatening.
Jacobs is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
