A Galloway Township man is accused of sexually assaulting a child.
Joseph Luna, 30, was arrested at the Atlantic County Civil Courthouse in Atlantic City after an “extensive investigation,” Galloway Township police said.
The victim is younger than 13.
Luna is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and showing obscene materials to a child.
He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
The investigation was handled by Detective Matthew Worth and DSFC John Kelly of the Criminal Investigations Division. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office assisted with the investigation and the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
